  施 闯,博士,武汉大学二级教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,教育部长江学者特聘教授,“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,科技部“创新人才推进计划”重点领域创新团队负责人。担任国际GNSS服务组织(IGS)武汉大学分析中心负责人、863计划“对地观测与导航”技术领域专家、“导航与位置服务科技重点专项专家组召集人、“北斗导航重大专项应用推广与产业化专家组组长等。

长期致力于高精度卫星导航定位理论方法、软件系统及其应用研究。承担并主持了广域实时精密定位系统、导航与位置服务系统、北斗地基增强系统关键技术等重大研发任务,发展和研制了我国自主的导航卫星精密定轨定位软件系统(PANDA),成果在我国“北斗导航重大专项”、羲和系统中国大陆构造环境监网络等国家重大科技项目中得到成功应用。研究成果获国家科技进步奖二等奖3项(其中两项为第一完成人)、国家科技进步奖创新团队奖1项(第六完成人)。近年来发表学术论文百余篇,其中SCI 65篇,授权专利17项,软件著作权5项。
